To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, Quantex GmbH and its affiliated parties hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with respect to Quantex GmbH software and services, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Quantex GmbH will not bes liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, of consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use Quantex GmbH software, unless otherwise required by law. The maximum liability to your under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for the software or service.
